At the conference venue, there will be a space allocated for article 'offprints' and business cards. Please feel welcome to bring them with you to leave in the allocated space for delegates to take.

Time alloted to each paper is 30mins, this allows for 20mins presentation and 10minutes discussion.

Each of the speakers' rooms will include a pc laptop and projector, along with DVD/Video facilities and overhead projectors.

Please send us your powerpoint presentation file in advance of the meeting, calling your file: <SurnameFirstname.ppt>.

You are recommended to bring a copy of your file on a flashdrive/usb reader or CD.

If you require an 'old style' slide projector, please inform us by email.
